Dominick Wallace, Managing Director-
Dominick earned a Masters of Education in counselor education and Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of Virginia. His certifications are as follows: Business Finance Consultant (BFC) from The Loan Consultants, Inc., Certified Cash Flow Consultant (CCFC) from American Cash Flow Institute, National Certified Counselor (NCC) from National Board of Certified Counselors and Nationally Certified Psychologist (NCP) from the Professional Psychologist Certification Board. Dominick has been involved in many successful entrepreneurial pursuits since the age of seventeen. He has owned several business entities from a contract painting business, to book sales and distribution, and the distribution of products and services in the nutritional and health care industry. Through prior business experiences and research, Dominick saw the need, importance and challenge in gaining access to capital and cash flow management. Through his networking and training, Dominick earned a network of investors and funding sources nationwide. He has also, completed 7(A) loan processing training with the Alabama Small Business Administration. He has been published in the Financial World publication printed by The Birmingham Times. He has spoken at the Alabama Department of Transportation’s Entrepreneurial Development Institute, a regional National Society of Black Engineers conference and a Birmingham Citywide Seminar sponsored by Urban Impact, Inc. about business financing. He is also a Trustee with the Birmingham Business Alliance and member of the Birmingham Venture Club. Harrison Wallace, Vice President of Business Development-
Harrison acts as business consultant to Wallace Capital Funding. With over 30 years of business experience, he is a Certified Purchasing Manager along with a Masters Certificate in Federal Contracting from George Washington University and an Associate Certificate in Project Management. He has over 25 years in management as a Purchasing Agent for Verizon and the United States Postal Service. Working in purchasing and procurement, he understands the challenges and demands of contractors, vendors and suppliers with government agencies and large corporations. Harrison also holds two patents while employed with Verizon to better the communication products for the company. He is an invaluable part of the company in providing the knowledge and consultation to contractors/vendors. He also heads Metro Washington, DC operations of Wallace Capital Funding, LLC.
Kathryn Magett McManus, Vice President of Marketing-
Kathryn holds a BS in Business Management from the University of Maryland, and a Masters in Public Administration from Jacksonville State University. Her 27 years of experience in federal acquisition is invaluable in acquisition and assistance and business related matters. She has served as the Senior Procurement Analyst for the U. S. Army Research, Development and Engineering Command Acquisition Center. Her experience with policy and oversight for the award and her administration of federal grants, contracts, cooperative agreements, technology investment and prototype awards for basic, applied, and advanced scientific research are invaluable to the needs of contractors/vendors seeking consul. George E. Wallace, Vice President of Business Operations-
George serves as a consultant to Wallace Capital Funding, LLC. One of the largest cities in the state of Virginia, he recently retired as City Manager of Hampton and currently sit on the city council. With over 40 years of government administrative service, it is challenging to mention all his accolades in such a short paragraph. In the realm of economic development, he created the first business incubator for the city back in 1990. In two short years under his helm (1990-1992), the city of Hampton experienced 10 million dollars in new business investments and the creations of more than 3000 new jobs. In the area of Finance, respectively, the City Budget and Finance Offices annually received the highest accolades for exemplary operations in their disciplines from the Government Finance Officers Association. Of great significance, the city attained it “Highest Credit Ratings” in the history of the city under the Wallace administration. In October 2004, the citizens of Hampton gave the city the highest level of overall community satisfaction with an approval rating of 97% for city services.
